Annual Membership Dues Due in January
If you have not renewed your membership in the Jungle Terrace Civic Association, please take a
moment to fill out this membership form and bring it to the next meeting or send your dues to the address
below.
This is your neighborhood association and we work for you and your neighborhood. Please include
$15.00 per household annual membership dues, due in January of each year. If you can donate more
than the membership dues it would be appreciated. We use the money to publish and mail your
newsletter, hold a bi-monthly membership meeting and sponsor an Easter Egg Hunt for the
neighborhood children.
We are a Nonprofit 501 ( c ) 3 Tax Exempt Civic Association.

Membership/Advertising Status: Upper right of mail label has the year (20XX) through which your
dues are paid. Current Members - Annual dues paid any time of year will add a year to you
membership. Non-members - Dues paid after August 1st will be counted as early payment for the next
year. Advertisers - Label indicates month/year your ad renewal is due.
